in truth just excusing ourselves by saying well we give to this or that organization a certain amount each year to help out with such needs yet we do nothing for the community we live in is still not fulfilling our purpose in Christ. There is nothing wrong with helping out organizations that help the need of others but if we let our own neighbors go without then what have we accomplished?
