Leo Balderaz was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease one year ago. Since then, he has lost many of his personal traits, including his love for dance.

It’s been difficult for his family to watch his beloved man slip away. But sometimes, they are blessed enough to see the real Leo shine through again.

Today is his wife's 80th birthday and the family wanted to make it extra special. So, they decided to surprise her by putting on the couple's favorite song and helping Leo to his feet.

With support from a family member, these two were able to share a special dance together and it's absolutely heartwarming to witness. Just watch as they sway along to the music as a world of emotions start to flow.
