Riley Clemmons Uplifts with ‘Runs Deep’ Lyric Video
Listen to this uplifting song by Riley Clemmons called ‘Runs Deep.’ The warm and inviting music will fill you up while you hear the powerful lyrics that tell about a deep faith, one that steadies our soul and serves as a strong foundation.
‘Like Grandma's voice will always sound like home
Like a preacher on Sunday talking 'bout the Holy Ghost
Like your favorite song and singing every word out loud
Lord knows there ain't no doubt this faith runs deep’
What an incredibly beautiful song that brings joy and encouragement! Singer and songwriter Riley Clemmons debuted this surprise single titled ‘Runs Deep’ back in February, and she co-wrote the song with Blessing Offor and Jeff Pardo. The song was written for her album called ‘Church Pew,’ but it did not make the cut for the final record.
“Surprise! My new single ‘Runs Deep’ is out now,” Riley shared on social media. “I wrote this one with Blessing Offor and Jeff Pardo during the ‘Church Pew’ album era, and it’s always been one of my favs that didn’t make the album. It’s got a special way of combining a handful of my most beloved musical influences. So excited to finally share this one as a sweet, little way of closing out the ‘Church Pew’ chapter. Now dance with me!”
When it comes to Riley’s background, this Nashville native is an accomplished composer, performer, producer, and recording artist. She draws inspiration from her life experiences and blends her musical influences to create catchy and relatable music. In 2017, the talented singer sky-rocketed onto the scene with her debut single titled ‘Broken Prayers.’ Then, her 2018 self-titled album debut quickly entered the Billboard Heatseekers chart, debuting at No. 13.
We hope that you enjoyed listening to ‘Runs Deep’ by Riley Clemmons today!
