Hi, thanks for viewing my profile! My name is Jo. I'm 5'4". I've accepted that the only way I can be complete is through Jesus Christ; without Him I am ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I have a big heart, but I'm not perfect. No matter what happens, I learn from experiences and get stronger. I am underestimated, but being underestimed only gives me more determination to surpass even my very best. I don't know everything God has planned for my life, but I'm excited to find out. I don't understand some of the heartache in my life, but I do know that God has a purpose for everything. He will make a way where there is no way! It's just a matter of trusting him to do so. I don't like taking short cuts or finding easy ways out. I like to do things right the first time. I don't mind challenges; I embrace them! I don't see failures. I see opportunities of growth! I believe everyone (even my enemies) have the opportunity to be a better person, fulfill their dreams and have a great life. I don't see mistakes as a bad thing rather a wonderful thing to make each and every person stronger, but it's up to the person to make a decision on how to handle it. Ultimately, my life is based on what God wants me to do. I love helping others, talking, and just being a shoulder to cry on and a hand to hold when someone needs it. I try to do my very best at all times. People usually describe me as sweet, but I will uphold strength because it is necessary. I'm not perfect nor do I always say and do the right thing, but at the end of the day I know it's alright because tomorrow always brings a new beginning. Yet, no one is promised tomorrow. Life is just an interesting experience full of successes and opportunities for growth which molds everyone including myself into the person they are. Life is based on every person's decision and outlook on it. If you're negative more than likely you'll have negative outcomes which is why I choose to look at things with an optimistic point of view. That's just a little bit about me.

I came across Habakkuk 3:19 in my attempt to refuel my sunken strength and journal out these thoughts in my morning quiet time. And what spoke to me is this…
