Have you ever struggled with being satisfied or content with your circumstances, relationships, or yourself?  If you’re like most people, you have at least one area of your life that never seems good enough.

Today, we’ll talk about one simple habit that can increase our daily satisfaction and contentment. The habit isn’t hard–in fact it’s totally do-able once you know what it is! I’ve been practicing this habit (or trying to practice it!), and I can tell you from first-hand experience that it’s increased my contentment and joy. I know it will do the same for you.

So, here’s to more contentment, satisfaction, and joy in our lives!
