A Prayer for Rest

Reference: 1 Corinthians 13:1-3

Even the most spiritual acts mean nothing without love.
Sometimes all it takes is a simple shift—from frustration to compassion—but that is easier said than done. Just as Jesus’ love compelled Him to act on our behalf, we too are called to let love guide our words, our parenting, and our purpose.

Prayer: Gracious Father, thank You for loving me enough to send Your Son Jesus to die for me. Help me to embody the love of Christ every day in every way. Teach me to see people through Your eyes of love and to release Your love to everyone I encounter. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen
