In this episode we look at Psalm 103 and how it can encourage your body image and comparison struggles. Instead of waking up and cursing the mirror or the scale (or his life), David wakes up and says, "Bless the Lord, Oh My Soul, and all that is within me bless his holy name!"

This passage has some rich truths for those of us who struggle with body image and comparison. There are reminders of God's benefits, reminders of his tremendous love for us, and reminders of why worship is so important.
