Countless times throughout my life, I’ve gotten trapped in my head about the worst case scenario. I battled seeing a way out. I was on the anxiety struggle bus. Worry! Worry! Worry! How will I get out of this? Now what? I’m doomed. Not so fast! The Holy Spirit is always with us. Wether it’s anxiety, athletics, a turbulent birth of your child, a traffic stop, or life is just plain heavy.
