Sons of Sunday Releases Debut Full-Length Album

NASHVILLE, TENN. / CHARLOTTE, NC. (MAY 16, 2025)
Sons Of Sunday teamed up last year to record songs they had written together, resulting in today's self-titled release, Sons Of Sunday.
"I have been a part of songs with each of these guys through the last few years that didn’t fit anywhere else until now," shares Steven Furtick. "These guys are some of my favorite people I have ever written with."
Brandon Lake adds, "We’ve spent countless hours with one another creating these songs that we want to give the listener - there are so many fun songs on this record, I hope people experience life and feel life."
The Sons Of Sunday album features 12 tracks, including the released "GOD DID," "Runnin With Angels," "One More Day," "Exchange," "I Looked Up," and last week's "Pray Mama/Pray On."
"All of us have had moments of magic with one another, and then you’re sorta linked together because of the gift of music that comes from the Lord," Leeland says. "I hope you feel the personal presence of Jesus. I think that is what happened to me time and time again during the making this project."
Chris Brown shares, "This project will make you smile, tap the steering wheel with the windows down, and surprise you that you were 25 over the speed limit!"
“I hope that the listeners have a miraculous experience of the awesomeness that God is closer than you think when they listen to these songs," Pat Barrett concludes.
About Sons Of Sunday - known as SOS - comprised of six friends - Steven Furtick, Brandon Lake, Chandler Moore, Chris Brown, Leeland Mooring, and Pat Barrett - who have worked on music together for years. They teamed up in late 2024 to record something special, with the full album now available.
