I'm a teacher, writer and motivational speaker who performs excerpts from my poetic autobiography (Sacred Joy: Reflections On One Woman's Journey to Self Love) to a wide range of audiences. My goal is to let people know that even though they may be lost or angry and on a painful journey... keep walking and keep looking up. My book candidly and honestly details my emotions while I was "lost" and didn't know my value.
