I believe that the meaning of life is love divine, that knights should fight dragons even to defend the rude or clueless, that an unlocked staircase should be climbed even if the sign says closed, that Yosemite National Park surpasses the beauty of any major city, that science can open eyes wide or shut them tight to the wonders of the world, and that if someone performs a song I know well I should have the right to sing along.

I find graceful writing and thinking shine lovely lights But my great hope is that, after I die, my memorial stone would say: "He loved much."
