I am, by trade, a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. I have recently written a short story called, "Chjarlie the Butterfly". As a self publisher, I have given away several copies to those who I've met while traveling the country. The story focuses on the desire of the Creator to have a close relationship with His creation. Chjarlie ("J" is silent) is on his own journey to meet his Creator and is helped along the way by "Friend Wind" (who represents the Holy Spirit). As in every story there is a distructive, evil character and his name is "Foul Wind". There are many in the insect world that are influenced by this bad character and Chjarlie must overcome the personal challenges in his own life before he is able to come against Foul Wind's strongholds. So from those who have read the book, they have said it is very good. There are even those who have even read it to their children. I don't claim to be an eliqent writer, but I do have a message to those who read it and that is our Creator loved us so much that He sent his only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to die for the price of our sinful nature. Those who believe in Him, turn away from their old ways, and follow Him will spend eternal life in Heaven. Sadly, there are those who think there are other ways to get to Heaven, like being "good", or doing goods deeds, with the thought that God will accept this, but He won't.... that's why He sent His Son to die in our place. Then again, there are those who think they are too bad to be accepted by God. It says in the bible that the grace of God is offered to all who will accept it. He will not turn anyone away that come to Him humbly and give up their lives for Him. Well, if anyone has a question just email me at " sgt.rooster@gmail.com" , enjoy the site. Son will help with a dedicated website once I get out of the hospital.
