Mat Staver

About Us - Mat Staver is an AV-rated attorney specializing in appellate, free speech and religious liberty constitutional law. He serves as Founder and Chairman of Liberty Counsel, Chairman of Liberty University School of Law and a member of the Board of Trustees for Liberty University.

Staver has argued in numerous state and federal courts across the country. He has appeared on many briefs before the U.S. Supreme Court and has argued before the Court in the free speech picketing case of Madsen v Women's Health Center and in the Ten Commandments Case of McCreary County v ACLU of Kentucky.
