Best of Military Reunions with Man's Best Friend

Thanks to our military men & women - Nothing against cats or cat lovers, but... you won't get such heart filled greetings like these with them....More like; "what did you bring me"? lol -This was truly touching. Dogs are the tops.

Oh wow!! I love this!! I wish I have a video of my sons dog Roxy, when he can home...she wouldn't left him in the door for like five minutes. Just keep hugging, jumping, kissing him. He's been home now for six months and follows him everywhere!!! We all should welcome home every soldier like this. My thanks and gratitude to you all....Forever!!!!!!!

I'm a sort of soldier, a worker-everyday-soldier. Memories of my best forever-friends: Gitano I, II, III, Yultan, Pinina I, II, III, Rambo, Chocho I, II, III. Thanks God for these friends. There is a lot of love our pets have for us and is everlasting.

It just goes to show you- the animals are not dumb, just some people.I've owned many dogs/cats over my lifetime-each and every one of them have their own personality, and love unconditionally. Now I foster 17 cats that were "throwaways"- expensive , but they are alive and live well.

This made me cry! How sweet! My boyfriend wants to go into the army. My dog absolutely loves him and my dad gave him a dog who hates being away from him. I can't even imagine how it would feel if I experienced this! <3

The dog's reactions are so amazing and heart-wrenching. But my heart goes out especially to these men and the way they love their dogs. Each one of them were so open and loving - that warmed my heart - to know that these dogs have homes and lives so enriched with love - thank the Lord for dogs - and their loving 2-legged friends!

Important to note that there are many programs that will allow you to foster military pets while their soldier is deployed. Many times a soldier doesn't have anyone to take the pet while they are away. What a great ministry opportunity.

What is the saying? "Help me be the person my dog thinks I am." What tender moments!

This is truly what friendship really means and also unconditional LOVE.

I'm really not trying to be a downer, but don't dogs always do that regardless of how long you've been away?

As humans, we have a lot to learn from the kingdom of animals. Father God has given us a daschund pet and I take this opportunity to glorify Our Heavenly Father for the way he keeps us 4 together.
