Hi I am from Australia and I know that both boys are saved , there Mum is very strong in her faith. The other boy is a great swimmer and he is in the finals of the paralympics in the 50 metres. Isn't God amazing.

I want to say that though this song doesn't have connection to christian faith, but I believe the Lord allowed this for us to see beyond our little corner. It's time to go on our knees and pray for this feller and the family and many more out there to find real hope and life. It's a big challenge, may God help us and delivered from a life of murmuring, complaint and ingratitude. Lord help us!

I was so moved by this young man and his attitude. He is such a gifted singer too, God has blessed him. I was also so moved by his family, especially his Mom, she proves what real love means and is. I was crying from the moment he started to sing. Thank you for showing this on Godtube. Jesus is smiling on this family.

It makes me sad to read that some people are judging the song that he chose, The story is about LOVE, and how GOD takes care of his children. He is a Father who LOVES us and will take care of us when our earthly parents can"t or won't. It is NOT about some song choice. The song choices are between him and GOD , not us.So please don"t judge unless you want to be judged. ,

This definitely glorifies God and Jesus. His mother is a Blessed woman demonstrating to us the love of Christ and God. It exposes through some of the comments here , the awfulness of zealous religions especially those Christians who only know doctrine but do not know the Christ of the gospel, and make wars and take their awful stand. Lennon must have met some of these! What a wonderful testimony this guy, his family, has. Thank you.

Okay....first let me say I (a STRONG Christian) LOVED this song and the singer...second let me say that the reason everyone comes down on this song for it's message of peace and no heaven or hell is that even if you are just imagining it it is still a lie and that the bible specifically says that there will be NO peace on earth while we live here BUT it is JUST A SONG so get over it people...and third I love how all the other Christians are "praying that he finds salvation"....WOW....isn't that just a little quick to say that you know what is in someone's heart? MAYBE he is already saved but that doesn't mean he can't reach out to people through secular songs...again...get over yourselves and stop judging and putting things on people when you are NOT in them or their lives. God may have a VERY wonderful purpose for getting Emmanuel on XFactor and there is no way you or I could possibly see it.

Okay, I will leave on this note........." we Christians will have enough to be judged about when we first get to see GOD, so lets try to get our own affairs in order and let Emmanuel get his own affairs in order for himself. God will judge Emmanuel, so why all the negativeness on (judging) him here on earth even though we are only human? Whether a Pastor, Christian, and so on.....you are no better than I, nor I better than you. I'll pray for all of us as we all should be doing. God Bless.

PEOPLE, PEOPLE, PEOPLE. ARE THERE BETTER THINGS TO PRAY ABOUT OR TALK ABOUT THAN TO SIT AT YOUR KEYBOARD AND COMPLAIN ABOUT EMMANUEL. It is natural for us to sit here and complain or judge others when deep down in our own heart we need to make our own hearts right with GOD. Especially the Pastor that also stated his opinion, you of all people should be praying instead of wishing. What if this was God's way of having Emmanuel starting to tell People, look, I want to share my GOD through my singing. Maybe this is what Emmanuel is good at since he has no hands, he cannot really show scriptures from the Bible, he would have to memorise the verses, so in time praying for Emmanuel and prayiong that Emmanuel listens to his heart, our hearts.......a voice from deep with in our hearts GOD hears us all, our cries, our prayers. This can be turned into a blessing if you really think about it and not to open mouth so quickly. Love to all my Brothers & Sisters.
