Can't wait to hear the new album. In Jan. of last year I lost my wonderful husband of 44 years, 5 months and 18 days. I realized that every day was a gift. Since then I have been on a journey toward wholeness. Having never been on my own, I had to allow God to re-create me. We were full-time RVers. I had to sell the RV and the pontoon boat that our family so enjoyed. I got a fantastic apartment, went to a grief group and grief counseling and started a photography business which I named Re-Creation Photo & Design. I found a church that felt like Home and the Lord has brought much healing to my life. I am now starting a counseling ministry within my church and I look forward to hearing this new album, because it will most likely be a useful ministry tool. We will grieve as long as we have memories and a heart, but God heals the mourning. Our loss becomes something beautiful for others to benefit from. Blessings, Margaret

God Bless You Steven Curtis Chapman! You and your family, you all are such an inspiration. Your songs have inspired and encouraged me for years. And God has done a magnificent work through you, even through Maria's passing. Keep up the Good (Heaven's) Work!

Looking forward to experiencing this combination of old and new songs from an artist who sings what many people think, but can't put into words. I remember picking up his 1989 release "More To This Life" [on cassette...yeah, I'm that old], having never heard of him, and then memorizing every song...and now, decades later, feeling that his work has changed the perception of how music impacts our lives. On a down note, I'm still jealous that my wife has been to several of his concerts, and I've been to none...gotta fix that. [Courtesy link: http://stevencurtischapman.com/ ].
