I think a grand gesture and public display of affection are some very admirable qualities in a man. It shows he is proud of showing his love and doesn't care who sees it so. Very romantic when the both are equally in love. But it could be risky if one is unsure so you better be very sure. LOL

That's sweet! If you are going to do a public proposal, church...in my opinion..is a very blessed place to start a new chapter on the road to marriage.
