The facts are ( and you can look it up yourselves), up to 70% of America Christian men look at porn on a regular basis in. All sin shall be judged equally if unrepented. Points to think about. 1) We are not against flesh & blood, but against powers and principalities. 2)Jesus declares that the person judging will be judged, because judging assumes a divine prerogative; final judgment belongs to God alone, and those who seek to judge others now will answer then for usurping God's position. 3) Love one another as you would love yourselves, 4) God love us ALL. 5)Repent of your own sins.

Mary, Thank you for a simple yet understandable word on marriage and it's God focused origin. No matter how much our world tries to reinterpret the definition of marriage, the fact is that God hasn't/doesn't change. Which means, His word is still relevant for us.

Its funny the response Christians have to homosexuality. We are trying to hold on to the sanctity of marriage, correct? What about all those people who defile their marriage bed by having sex with someone else? They are defiling marriage and we shouldn't stand for it. Adultery should be against the law and you should be stoned to death for it. We need to protect marriage.

Also, if you did some scholary research you would realize that no where in the original Bible text was the term "homosexual" they didn't have a word for it. The closest they have translates as "male prosititute", and most experts agree the original meaning behind that word is far from homosexual. Do your research, you sound ignorant when you don't.

Let me ask you this? Should a woman be a subserviant to a man? Would anybody disagree that women deserve to be treated equally? Well, the same Old Testament that speaks against gays also states that woman are to serve men. So, you hypocrites, how easy it is for you to choose that which God says to support your argument, but you go against what else he says. Jesus changed things. He struck down a lot of the old testament with his teachings. No longer do we sacrifice animals to appease God for our sins, Jesus is the ultimate sacrifice. No longer "eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth", Jesus says that we are to turn the other cheek. We live in New Testament times so to use the Old Testament to support your ideas is basically ignoring the coming of Jesus and all that he did.

Marriage should be defined as one man and one woman, our greatest problem is not homosexuality, it is all the sex outside of marriage, these folks are on equal ground with homosexuals and are called fornicators. The Divorce rate in 1930 was 1 in 7, by 1977 1 in 3, today more than 1 in 2, Jesus said remove the board out of your own eye before removing the speck out of someone elses eye. The divorce rate in the church is the same as outside, this is deplorable, and nobody is going to take the church serious. People find this shocking, but SOMEHOW in same sex relationships, the "pieces fit" too. Also, I want little to do with the model of marriage for women seen in the Bible. I am grateful that marriage has evolved to a point where I am equal. I see the beauty of the relationship with God in the lives of the hundreds of gay Christians couples I know. The Gospel was expanding as the NT ended to include many others that the original few did not want to include. We have taken that expanding Good News and built a man made wall around it. Try looking outside that wall and hearing the voice of the oppressed. And if you cannot not hear it, you are probably part of the problem.
