Yes God tells Adam not to touch the tree of good and evil, but It was also the help of Eva that Adam disobeyed God at that time. It had nothing to do with Adam want to have authority over God or even equal to God. Adam did not even know that he was naked until he disobeyed God and ate of the fruit. "And the eyes were opened, that when Adam and knew that they was naked. So that is the only part of the Video I do not get.

God simply was telling Adam that in spite of the fact that I have given you power to rule the world, you must do so in obedience under mine authority. But Adam wanted the altitimate authority. Yes, he disobeyed full time.
