Im so sorry to learn of emily's passing. i didnt know her but my brother Bobby asked me to pray for her when she fell ill. Jon, you and your family are in my prayers. May God bless and comfort you at this time.

Emily was 20 years old, and without exaggeration the biggest basketball and Miami Heat fan that ever existed. She was a full âtime student at Florida Atlantic University and held two part-time jobs. She was exceptionally close to her family and was a loyal friend. She was a feisty 100 lb. girl who wouldnât back down from anyone. She was a physically beautiful girl who lit up a room with her smile and captivated everyone she cared to and often those she didnât. Because she was so beautiful it was sometimes easy for people to overlook the ârealâ Emily. The ârealâ Emily had a heart and a soul like no other. She was a smart girl, no doubt, but it was her heart and soul and insight into others and what they needed that set her apart from anyone weâve ever known. She had the sweetness and naïvete of a little girl while still becoming a wonderful and amazing young woman. Her grandmother, âNanaâ passed away...
