Sometimes I feel as if I rise to fall again! Sometimes it seems as if God's spirit no longer abides with me! Sometimes I feel like King David after he had committed adultery with Bathsheba and murdered her husband - lost, unbalanced, irrational, alone, hopeless! Sometimes I feel like if all I do is struggle: struggle at home, at school, at church, with my friends, with persons who deem with worthless ---- with my own wicked and sinful desires!...
But then, when I remember the mercies of God and when I think about my Jesus... my struggles make me wanna shout: Hallelujah, Thank You Jesus, Lord You're worthy of all the glory and all the honour and all the praise!
And using the words of Donnie McClurkin's song "We fall down but we get up" - the difference between a sinner and a saint is that a saint falls down but gets right back up!
