Doctors Operate On Stuffed Animals To Help Ease Sick Childrens' Fears
6 year-old Payson has to have a heart transplant, but the doctors at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin are putting some of his anxieties to rest with the help of his favorite superhero. Payson's Batman stuffed doll is also undergoing the same heart surgery so that the doctors can illustrate to Payson what is going to happen during his procedure. This is a routine act of kindness that these doctors perform for their patients and it makes what would normally be a fearful time much easier to "bear" ;D
