Jay Pages always loved and treated his girlfriend's daughters like they were his own. So when he opened his birthday present to find official adoption papers, the tears immediately started flowing. "My daughters adoption papers for my birthday! She's finally and officially my daughter with my last name! This is the most amazing day of my life!" Jay writes.
