'I Still Believe' by Jeremy Camp, Song Inspires New Film

A new movie is in production to tell the story behind the hit song 'I Still Believe' by Jeremy Camp.

"Scattered words and empty thoughts
Seem to pour from my heart
I've never felt so torn before
Seems I don't know where to start
But it's now that I feel Your grace falls like rain
From every fingertip, washing away my pain"

The film features the same production team who made the 2018 hit Christian film, "I Can Only Imagine' starring Dennis Quaid that shared the story behind MercyMe's song with the same name. Actor KJ Apa, of the TV show Riverdale, will star as Jeremy Camp in the film. Forrest Gump actor Gary Sinise is also set to star, and Shania Twain will star as Jeremy's mother.

"I still believe in Your faithfulness
I still believe in Your truth
I still believe in Your holy word
Even when I don't see, I still believe"

The movie 'I Still Believe' will be a biopic telling the story of Jeremy Camp and his faith as he repeatedly endures terrible personal tragedies. Over the years, Jeremy has emerged as a leading name in contemporary Christian music, but his path wasn't always easy. This inspirational song touched so many hearts when it was first released and, now, it will help tell Jeremy's incredible story of leaning on God.

The 'I Still Believe' film is scheduled to be released in theaters in March 2020. Check out the hit song that inspired the film and be inspired in your own walk with faith and the Lord.

A Prayer to See God as the Ultimate Counselor - Your Daily Prayer - December 2

My prayer for your heart and mine to this season, is that we would look to the fullness we have received in our relationship with God the Father. He has promised to counsel us, shepherd us, and sustain us through this time and all the temptations that come up against us.
