NFL Player Jason Kelce Poses For Photo And Signs Jersey For McDonald’s Worker

Philadelphia Eagles player Jason Kelce has gotten attention for a move off the field involving a drive-thru and his favorite McDonald’s employee.

As the old saying goes, being kind doesn’t cost anything. But it can sure make a massive difference. In fact, that simple and unexpected act of kindness and love could brighten up someone’s entire day and possibly change their life. Every day, whether we realize it or not, we are given opportunities to show others kindness and love, to be the hands and feet of Christ.

In a clip posted on YouTube, a McDonald’s employee in Pennsylvania explained how Eagles player Jason Kelce showed her unexpected kindness. Jason, a regular McDonald’s customer, posed for a photo with Danielle Bonham and even signed her Eagles jersey. He did all of this while going through the drive-thru.

But this wasn’t the first time Danielle had served Jason. She explained that her first encounter with Jason happened in July, during a particularly rough time. Danielle was going through a divorce at that point.

During their first meeting, Danielle told him she was a big fan of his and how glad she was to meet him. He responded by saying how happy he was to meet her and asked her about herself.

“He gave me the boost of confidence at that time that I needed,” she said. “Like right place, right time. I’m grateful for him.”

After that initial meeting, Danielle has served Jason six more times, which includes the instance in which he signed her jersey, according to the video.

Danielle is a lifelong Jason Kelce fan, and not just for what he’s done on the football field.

“Anyone that’s crossed paths with this man is lucky,” she said.

“He loves the people,” she added. “The stuff that he’s done for this community and the city of Philadelphia, it’s amazing. I wish more people existed in this world like him.”

Ephesians 4:32 “And be kind to one another, full of pity, having forgiveness for one another, even as God in Christ had forgiveness for you.”
