Entire School Bus Cheers For Grandma Every Day When They Pass By

Watch this entire bus of elementary school kids cheer for a grandma every day as it passes by — it’s the small acts of kindness that really turn someone’s day around!

Sometimes life can get lonely when you live alone. So it’s always nice when others spend time talking with you or even just saying hello when passing by. This grandma gets a busload of greetings almost every day — literally.

Retired teacher, Sandy Reichart, shared the heartwarming clip on her Instagram. She wrote, “Up at my mom’s again today. Every day when the elementary bus goes by her house, this is what happens. This makes my mom’s day.”

The video of the kids making her mom’s day makes MY day! And she goes outside just to wave to all the kids that she doesn’t know beyond their daily hello? ADORABLE. It obviously makes everyone involved so happy. Even the bus driver participates by honking and slowing down as they pass by!

You can see the sweet lady walking down her driveway waving to the bus before it even turns onto her street. Then, one by one, kids pop up in the window and start waving and yelling hi. Some of the kids even open their windows just for this purpose. I’m not crying. You’re crying.

We can all learn something from everyone in this video. All it takes to be kind is a few seconds. Say hello and smile. Give someone a compliment. Offer a hand grabbing something off the top shelf. Spread the Lord’s love through His word AND kindness.

There will NEVER be too much kindness in the world. Now go make somebody’s day! I know I will!

And be you kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake has forgiven you. Ephesians 4:32
