‘My Old Friend’ is the second new song to be released by Matt Maher this year. The song celebrates the value of true friendship, and it was inspired by Matt’s 30th high school reunion.

“Seriously though, this song is very special to me,” shared Matt. “My hope is it sounds like the friendships, new and old, that went into making it. Incidentally, I realized after recording it that it's my 30-year high school reunion this year. So, shout out to all you Gonzaga Viking alumni out there!”
