Quiet Boy Stuns The Judges With Electric Dance Audition On BGT

This kid has pizzazz and wows the audience. In this video, a quiet boy stuns the judges with his electric dance audition on BGT.

At the start of the video, there is a clip, 9-year-old Ethan Higgins begins his dance routine to “Yall Ready for This” from Space Jam. He is in a black vest with plaid pants and gets right into his performance. The judges’ eyes widen and jaws drop as they see him move. Suddenly you see the interview.

Simon talks with the young boy and asks him about himself. The sweet kid when asked where he is from says, “Dublin. Woot Woot!” The boy desires to win Britain’s Got Talent and become famous around the world. Simon asks what he would do with the money. He adorably says, “I’d buy my Mommy and Daddy a house down in the country, and then I'd get myself something.”

Ethan starts his performance and amazes everyone. He has such high energy and fun while he dances. He goes into a round-off backhand spring and then does a headstand. The crowd cheers. He starts moving into salsa. As he flips and grooves the crowd goes wild over him. His music continues to change and his performance continues strong. This kid is sassy and has the best personality. He adorably scoops his hair to hear from the judges. His parents are so proud that they cry over his audition.

Simon says they like surprises. All four judges give him yeses. He goes to hug his parents and they tell him, “well done.” These two words remind us of what God will say to those who follow Him. May Ethan remind us to live our lives boldly for Christ and with the joy of the Lord so that one day our Heavenly Father will tell us, “well done.”

“His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.” Matthew 25:23

A Prayer for When the Past Tries to Define You - Your Daily Prayer - October 15

Being created in God’s image, we have a plan and purpose for our lives (Genesis 1:27, Psalm 57:2, Jeremiah 29:11). That promise should give us hope and the confidence to step into the future, so why do we remain stuck? The answer is clear. We are in a spiritual battle.
