Since age 9, Alissa Cooper has felt called by God to minister to African orphans. Just two years ago, God began this project in Uganda. It has been beautiful to see him work in amazing and miraculous ways.."to bind up the broken hearted, proclaim freedom for the captives, comfort all who mourn, bestow a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair." (Isaiah 61:1-3).
