Candace Cameron Bure 'Bawled' During Quarantine Away From Her Family
Oh my goodness!
If you’ve been feeling lonely, stressed out, and isolated lately, so have celebrities like Candace Cameron Bure. She’s known for her upbeat, bubbly personality, but in a Tik Tok video she tells her followers it’s okay to ‘ugly cry.’ She actually broke down and bawled because she was in quarantine away from her family.
What would make a celebrity like Candace bawl while working out? In order to show the real, raw side of her, she let her followers take a peek at what's really going on inside her picture perfect home - and the truth wasn't pretty. She was in quarantine away from her family. Even when you have a rock solid faith, you will go through hard times but God is faithful and the Bible her foundation of truth.
The star has always been real and transparent about her faith. She once said, “I live by faith in everything, in everything that I do, and every aspect of my life. So it’s not just something that I rely on or is a crutch. I mean, it is genuinely who I am. How it helps me? It’s hard to say because it’s just a part of my being.”
During a candid conversation on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Cadence was transparent, raw, and real about how she was feeling one afternoon. While she was in quarantine away from her family due to work, the place where she was quarantining had a bike. She hopped on for a work out and turned on the camera.
"Who else is with me on the Peloton?' she asks, in text overlaid on the video. "Waves of sadness, the weight of the world, but also gratitude and everything in between overwhelm you." In the background, you can hear her spin instructor shouting inspiration about "humility" plus moody lyrics from the Matchbox Twenty song Candace is blasting.
"Exercise is so good to release your emotions. It's ok to ugly cry," she adds in the video's text. But she didn’t want anyone to be alarmed or concerned. She knew she was having a rough day and chose to work it out through the form of exercise. "I felt so much better and brighter afterwards!" Her takeaway message for us all, keep the faith and just keep pedaling!”
That’s right, just keep the faith and keep pedaling!
“Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses.” 1 Timothy 6:12

A Prayer to See God as the Ultimate Counselor - Your Daily Prayer - December 2
My prayer for your heart and mine to this season, is that we would look to the fullness we have received in our relationship with God the Father. He has promised to counsel us, shepherd us, and sustain us through this time and all the temptations that come up against us.
