Today I am sharing about a concept so many of us suffer in silence with - fear, anxiety, depression, or overwhelm.  I share a book called You, Me and Anxiety. It’s a resource that Dr. Robyn Graham shares all about. This book just launched last week in March of 2022. And we talk about it from a teen perspective, from a parent perspective, and then she also has a resource journal.

I’m excited to go into this conversation. You’re also going to hear the voice of Anthony Hart, who is an incredible pioneering pastor and purpose preacher, and obviously, Dr. Robyn Grant, who I had the opportunity to write the forward for in those books.
