We all know how important it is to take care of yourself. They say that when an airplane is going down, if you don't put your safety mask on first, then you can't help anyone else. This is especially true for ministers and their families.
Today, we're talking to Marty about why pastors need counseling in every season of life, whether dealing with trauma or simply maintaining healthy habits.
