Jesus, I praise You because You are gentle and lowly, not obsessing about Yourself or what’s best for You, but considering our interests as even more important than Yours. I confess I don’t usually live like this and often don’t even want to live like this. Please change my heart and help me to trust in Your goodness and control over every situation. In Your name, amen.
