Prayer: God, in the midst of all that is around me, I pause to turn my attention to You. I know that none of the things in my life need to change for me to experience lightness and joy and thanksgiving right now. Your presence changes all of it. You allow my chaotic reality to become a quiet refuge. Open my heart and eyes to the gifts right in front of me. Amen.
