A close friend of mine left us to be with Jesus in 2015. His wife and daughter, both with whom he had absolutely incredible relationships, still grieve today. His name was Wayne Speelman. He lived and spread God’s glory through his love, acts of kindness, and faith and commitment to Jesus Christ. His favorite scripture was, “He must become greater; I must become less.”-John 3:30 NIV Wayne lived His word everyday, sun or rain, up or down. I was blessed to have a conversation with his daughter, Brianna. She is an amazing young lady with incredible faith, drive, work ethic, determination, and love for others. The apple did not fall far from the tree. Wayne lives through his daughter! Brianna gives credit to both mom and dad. “There is no expiration day on missing somebody”, she says. I am Billy Yancey.
