The criticism of the grown ups in this column are simply ridiculous 'they are out of notes the girl need more practice How can you compare two children with ADULTS that have been singing for centuries.I feel they deserve all the praise of this world WHY? How many of your children can sing like this? How many children boy or girl you know that sings like this. This was not posted so you can criticize their weakness but praise their strength did you noticed how nervous the girl was? Damage to the larynx? Don't you think this two kids have the most professional people around theme? I think that was totally unnecessary. As Christians we all know that's not what GOD expects from us.

GOD send angels that are so wise beyond their years, with talents of superb music.

I did the exact same thing Alisha. My head jerked back when he opened his mouth. It's very surreal watching a man's voice come out of a little kid. My head can't quite get around it.

Is that truly the voice of the boy???

Ann and Anne - How gauche of you to critique these two budding future stars. They will get the critical critique from their personal teachers, they need encouragement not catty critiques. The boy even sounded like he was holding back and his singing was definately not forced. It is refreshing to see kids like this when most kids their age are addicted to video games. The one thing the boy will learn is hand motions to express emotion. They will do just fine with the encouragement of others and need not be discouraged by any detractors.

Ann and Anne, how terribly gauche and catty of both of you to comment the way you did. The talent that these 2 kids have should be encouraged as they will get enough critical assessment from their teachers. The boy's voice certainly was not forced as Ms. Hamill stated, it seemed that he was in fact even holding back perhaps not to over power the girl. These kids should be lauded for what they have accomplished so far as most kids their age are addicted to video games. The boy for sure will get the tutoring that Pavarotti didn't get when he was that age.

They porbably said that Mozart was a fake at an even younger age. It is called genius in the midst!

Shame on both of you Ann and Anne!! Instead of marveling at the talent level of these two 'Children' you want to compare them to singers like Pavarotti, Bocelli, etc. I'm sure that when Pavarotti and Domingo were at their tender age people like you were making the same snarky comments. In a world where kids their age are addicted to video games these 2 children should be given total encouragement. The only thing that was obvious was that both of them haven't learned how to use their hands and arms to express emotion like a Pavarotti was given to. There was nothing forced at all with the boy's singing, as a matter of fact I got the impression that he was actually holding back. In these more modern times astute teachers will be able to work with them and polish whatever flaws they may have, which Pavarotti didn't have and he didn't turn out too bad did he? These 2 children should be given our admiration not our catty opinions!!
