1 Man Sings Worship Medley Of 'I'll Fly Away / He Touched Me' - Christian Music Videos

Check out this video where one man sings all the parts during a medley of the classic hymns ‘I’ll Fly Away’ and ‘He Touched Me.’

“Some glad morning when this life is over, I'll fly away
To a home on God's celestial shore, I'll fly away
I'll fly away, oh, Glory, I'll fly away
When I die, Hallelujah, by and by, I'll fly away”

The singer in the video is Kaoma, and he is very talented! He has such a great voice, and his range is amazing! He is able to sing all of the parts, hitting the high notes and low notes effortlessly.

For the video, he records himself singing each part of the song, and then puts all the videos together, overlapping all of the audio. He starts off singing the hymn ‘I’ll Fly Away’ which was written in 1929 by Albert E. Brumley and published in 1932 by the Hartford Music company. ‘I'll Fly Away’ has been called the most recorded gospel song.

Then Kaoma goes into singing the hymn ‘He Touched Me.’

“Shackled by a heavy burden, 'neath a load of guilt and shame
Then the hand of Jesus touched me, and now I am no longer the same
He touched me, oh, He touched me, and oh, the joy that floods my soul
Something happened, and now I know, He touched me, and made me whole”

The hymn ‘He Touched Me’ is a gospel song written by Bill Gaither in 1963. In 1971, Elvis recorded the song along with the Imperials as backup singers, and it was released as a single. It became the title track of his 1972 Grammy Award-winning album titled He Touched Me.

Kaoma did a wonderful job singing the song, and his uplifting version is sure to put a smile on your face!
