I've been married to the same sweet man for 28 years and we have 2 "adult' CHILDREN.
God is my rock, but sometimes I do fall off. I am thankful beyond measure for the Angels who help me back up!!!!!!
The following was written one night when the mind wouldn't shut off, (not that it ever does) So I hope you can make since of it.
"Because I tell you the truth, you hate me?" This is not my qoute it comes from the bible. But where? And does this mean I shall always expect such contempt for being honest and telling the truth. Should one only tell the truth if it won't hurt the other. Perhaps a differant way of phrasing it. Thumb -tacks ARE just that Thum -tacks. What the????? Made to put up the note (message). They are SHARP so they can stick in most surfaces. They can hurt if you leave them laying around, forgetting their origin. Some are weak and bend right away, we throw those out. Some are tough and durable and used over and over again delivering a message of some importance, only missed when they can't be found anymore. "Oh Well, I'll just pick up more when I go out." Meanwhile down the vacuum bag, to the trash, and off to the dump. Wow !!
