All animals have feelings.

I would like to think that this dog is really crying and I'm sure he does miss his owner but this is really the tail end of an asthma attack. People sure know how to tear your heart out with scams

Julie, this post is dated April 23, 2013. That's weird. Why is it posting again?

When the dog passes, he/she will be met by her owner in Heaven and they will be together for eternity. :)

That had me in tears instantly. Wow. Animals can certainly understand much more than some people give them credit for. I have a service dog and our bond is beyond anything most people who have never had a dog could ever comprehend; you will hear the same from most service dog partners. Anyone interested in one of the articles done about my service dog, a truly amazing girl, can read it at the following link. I wrote about her at my blog and someone came across it, wrote about it somewhere and it went viral, our story catching the attention of national news and ending up writing about it. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/03/28/assistance-dog-shelby-goes-viral_n_2973056.html?show_comment_id=242282291#comment_242282291

Their is nothing more loyal than a dog's love!

The interesting thing is, is that the person who died is Jewish, and if they followed tradition the headstone is place on the grave one year after they died. So it is possible that not only is this dog grieving, but that it has been a year and he/shet is still grieving.

how sad.

So many of these animals end up in shelters after their owners die. My heart is breaking for him and them.
