hey thought I'd trow in my two cents about some of the comments I've read on this page. about god letting the nutcases get into office, it's one of those interesting things that while we hate it when they do get into power. we'd actually hate it more if God did use his powers to stop everyone from doing anything wrong. because then we'd feel like we are being controlled and not allowed to make any decisions for our-self's. think about it if we want the ability to choose then we have to be given the option to pick the wrong choice as well as the correct one or we never really had a choice. you could also compare this to the many many arguments over the amendment about freedom of speech. it allows us to speak out against the government or any one else we disagree with, and they can't shut us up we got a right to be heard. yet they have the same right, the right to make their side known the right to defend their viewpoint. their right to disagree with you. because of this it's an all or nothing thing, as if not every one has the right to speak up, then there will always be a time where you find that you are the one who can't speak and how will you feel then? also I think God will sometimes on purpose let bad thing happen because he knows we can handle it, and we need the spiritual exercise. just like with every other part of us it needs exercise too to keep it at it's best. and it's like running laps with a trainer he's going to push you, he's going to try to wear you out. but he will not break you, he knows where you limit is and will stop before you get there. but you can't become stronger if you don't push your limits.

Clearly God does NOT enable evil; He cannot, as He is "the good tree that brings forth good fruit." He just takes evil and eventually uses even it for His glory. Evil and people who listen to evil forces make evil. What an opportunity to pray for them and as God leads, work to change such tragic evil.
