I am praying for Ben's family. I pray that God gives you peace in a time like this. Just want you to know that I lost my brother and mother because of the same heart problems. They were God's children so I know where they are. My brother died on Christmas day too, at age 25, I know how it feels when that day has to remind you on the pain you feel. But just remember this: John 14:6.

What I have learnt through my walk is that there are generational curses/strongholds that affect all of our lives that need to be broken. Many have questions to why they aren't being healed from sickness and disease. Psalms 103:3 He forgives us all our inquities and heals us from all our diseases. This verse is not a reality today so we must be missing out something very important. The spiritual roots need to be broken off to receive healing. The cause of Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy : Spirits of: generational anger, rage and resentment; generational fear (as in stress and anxiety); generational self-bitterness, self-hatred, self-rejection and guilt; generational death and destruction.

Don't be sad, rejoice, God knows the timing of Ben's death. How the Angels must have rejoiced to receive such a pure heart as Ben's!

Paul, you have good points; however, your presentaton is bad. I have witnessed to many, many people who will not accept Christianity due to their interactions with Christians who make comments such as yours. You could have stated your purpose in a way that made people think and consider your theological point and possibly accomplished your goal of ensuring people understand the true way to get to heaven. Instead, I believe you only caused much grief. I'm sure you'll justify yourself to me as well. All I can do is pray for you brother that God will guide you for I believe you mean well. Timiothy 2:24:26 "And the Lord’s servant must not be quarrelsome but must be kind to everyone, able to teach, not resentful. Opponents must be gently instructed, in the hope that God will grant them repentance leading them to a knowledge of the truth, and that they will come to their senses and escape from the trap of the devil, who has taken them captive to do his will."

Paul, just a reminder, you nor we decide, God does...and just because his life is not what you expect it to be, does not mean anything... God says HE has mercy on whom he chooses to show mercy. Not by a list of check marks by his name. I have experienced that feeling myself...and know that God is real because of that experience. And it's not nor does it continue to be a feel good story...

Paul Abigail Miller Ben wasn't trying to show anyone the way to repentance. He just wanted to tell his story. No one has the right to judge his life, the "title" or his intentions but God. Luke 23:42-43 One of the criminals who hung with Jesus said to him: 42 “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom. 43 Jesus answered him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.” He certainly did not live a christian life, Nobody taught him how to repent, but he did and he was saved. "Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved ..." (Acts 16:31). God saves by His grace. It doesn't matter if I believe Ben's video and it doesn't matter if I believe or do what you say here, Salvation is individual. This was Ben's personal experience. We walk by Faith, not by Sight. Any non believer that sees this video will have doubts and questions and will seek the answers, a window of opportunity for us christians to lead the way.

Paul Abigail Miller I agree with everything you've said. His video does not point viewers to Jesus. As another person said, Even Satan and his demons believe in God and angels (they are fallen angels). Statement of belief in God and angels does not equate being saved by accepting the blood of Jesus. And it is curious why he would see a secular rapper in his "vision" instead of Jesus, or an angel from God. I understand your concern that many young people are now searching and listening to Kid Cudi b/c of this young man whose family promotes him as a Christian. hope young viewers will not be mislead into listening to Kid Cudi, and will turn away from things that do not strengthen their walk with Christ. I didn't read all the lyrics to all of his songs, but I chose the song "Is There Any Love" Which reveals painful, tortured feelings/thoughts about how "b**ches" only "envy and plot up on [his] loins" and asks "Is there any love in this world?" Yes, Kid Cudi (and ALL other people in the world), there IS love in this world, from God, through acceptance of his son Jesus Christ. My only point of doubt, for those who agree, is while Satan does come as an angel of light to deceive, is he able to give people a feeling of utter peace (The peace that passeth all understanding)? Would Satan be able to mimic this? I would think that would only be able to come from God. EVERYTHING the Spirit tells us is not of God shows the character of Satan, and how he will do anything he can to ROB us of peace. He uses fear as one of his best weapons. I've never heard of him using peace to turn people away from God. What do you think?
