Christians don't follow modern culture. If your a spirit filled, born again Christian, the appeal for alcohol shouldn't be there anymore. I used to go out every night and get drunk and all that, it was just the Social norm. But after I got baptized and filled with the Holly Spirit, all that temptation was taken away, I haven't had a drink since. Also the wine back when Jesus turned the water to wine was just fermented grape juice. It had no where near as much alcoholic content as today.. Giving Christians the mixed message by saying, its your choice to drink is just wrong. that only makes things more confusing. We want to do things right by God, not right by how we feel.

This is just ridiculous if you don't mind me saying. You are putting all Christians in the same boat and assuming that the Holy Spirit in us doesn't bring self control. This is just trying to twist the Word and this is not what the Bible says. 1 Cor 6:12 - You say, “I am allowed to do anything”—but not everything is good for you. And even though “I am allowed to do anything,” I must not become a slave to anything. This is the whole verse in context. Paul was talking about becoming a slave to something and this is why it is not good for you. If you have become a slave for alcohol (e.g. if you cannot stop drinking) even if you are not getting drunk, then this is a sin. However, if you drink occasionally and never to excess, then this is fine. I am really annoyed with the makers of this video because they are adding to the Word what is not there. It is unfortunate because they have done some other great videos.
