Duy Ngo Everyone is entitled to his/her opinion, so have your opinion. However, a woman's body is her autonomy, not yours. So whatever opinion you have about how she dresses, keep it to yourself. It's none of your business however bad her fashion sense is. Whatever standard I have or you have, I apply it to myself and you apply your standard to you. Nobody has to follow your standard. So if you don't like white leggings and a pink thong, don't wear them. Just because you don't those clothing items doesn't mean others who desire to wear those items have to be mindful of what you think.

Desiree Rodarte oh, and in case you would suggest that is sexist or any other such thing. would you wave a crack pipe in front of an addict? would you poor wine under the nose of an alcoholic? how then is it seen as a good idea to shove t & a in the faces of people that could well be sex addicts?

Modesty is a virtue. It is about being a Godly women. Men of course need to excercise self-control, always. But the point is doing what is BEST. And in regard to men and Modesty. They shouldn't be going around in Speedo's

The crux of the issue is a Christian perspective vs. a non Christian perspective. Non Christians don't have the same sense of Modesty or choose to abandon it. But a believing Christian chooses to be obedient to God's word. The point is live life Obedient to God, or in Disobedience.

Desiree Rodarte she asked a question. hard to see how that is judgemental. i think you're clutching at straws there desiree. ..... now on the second thing i see here. i certainly agree that a woman SHOULD be able to dress in any manner and come to no harm. But if you are as hot as you say you are, is there not an onus of responsibility to not entice weak minded people with a full frontal ... are you going to be surprised if someone fails to respect your want to flaunt without stepping over that invisible boundary?

Jennifer Beach-Batten As a young woman that wears "almost nothing as a bathing suit," it is a sense of pride. If I believe I have a beautiful body why not show it? We are all entitled to our own opinions. It is quite irritating when people JUDGE others that express themselves in different ways. If someone is happy about the way they live their life then why not let them be?

Wayne Holden If you read the bible God clearly says it is our duty to make such "claims". The bible says "the spiritual man makes judgements about all things" it also discusses modesty, and dressing appropriately. Striving to please God, is not sinful. Willfully disobeying God and following your own itching ears, IS.

What a great message for Christian young women. Next, I hope you design summer wear which does not expose so much of a woman's breasts. This is another area where girls seem to feel pressure to conform to current fashion. Thank you for your ministry.

Tim Buckle I grew up in one of those tribal societies (15 years), and live in a country with a lot of other ones just like it (the second most in the world). I'm gonna ask you to not comment on what you don't know. Child abuse, sex, rape, whatever you term it depending on age disparity and cooperation are the norm... I would agree that culture can determine modesty, but you are way off base about their brains and how they're programmed...

Cam Crowder The way you are speaking is as if "anything goes".....Then wear are the limitations in life in general? what makes one person comfortable can make many others uncomfortable and v.s. There always has to be guidelines and limitations to protect all of humanity and that doesn't harm or effect anyone.

Wayne Holden God has everything to do with it. He created us and He has the right to make laws/guidelines for His creation, and look out for our best interest. That's like saying your mother had you but has no right to gear you in the right directions in life.

Jenny Lee Ortiz but from what i can understand, there are girls that are looking to objectify themselves. and if you're looking to change this inequality, clothes is gonna be one of those that is gonna matter and im not saying it should. and when i talk of restraint or control over oneself, i mean exectly that. if you're seeking respect in today society in a manner you're speaking of, is it not the best thing in your interest to not wear thing that makes you look like a piece of meat? i am not saying that bikinis is the problem, but you as well as i know that what a person wear reflect much about who they are. is there a standard in your mind when someone dress like a prostitute and when they dress to go to school? i have seen a girl wearing a white yoga pant while wearing highlighted pink thong walking around school, and forgive me for thinking that she was just a piece of meat.
