Patriotic Light Display Honors Our Fallen Soldiers - A Memorial Day Tribute
Since 1775, over 1.3 million American troops have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
So many brave members of our military have walked through unspeakable dangers to defend our freedom. Today, a family is paying tribute as they put together an amazing patriotic light show set to the touching Lee Greenwood song 'Proud To Be An American.' As the lights go off in perfect unison with the lyrics, you will be overcome with emotion for our country.
“And I'm proud to be an American
Where at least I know I'm free
And I won't forget the men who died
Who gave that right to me”
As we begin to celebrate Memorial Day, please take time to reflect on our troops that have fought for these very freedoms which allow us to celebrate. And say an extra prayer for the ones that sacrificed their life in doing so and their families that are left with an aching hole in their hearts. This amazing light display is a tribute to each and every one of them. God bless all of our brave troops past and present and we continue to lift them up in prayer and thanks.
“And I'd gladly stand up next to you
And defend Her still today
'Cause there ain't no doubt I love this land
God Bless the U.S.A.”
Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.”
