An adorable 5-year-old drummer earned himself a standing ovation with his outstanding performance on America’s Got Talent.

People have a nasty habit of looking at someone and judging them after a single look or conversation. However, talent can take many different forms. Those who are overlooked will often surprise you when given the chance to shine and show their God-given ability.

Children are some of the most overlooked members of society. Because of their age and inexperience, many people believe that children cannot do extraordinary things. But when allowed to let their talent shine, they can and will surprise you.

Chrisyius Whitehead is a sweet and incredibly talented drummer from Florida. In a clip posted on YouTube, the young man took the stage on America’s Got Talent and had what is likely the sweetest back-and-forth with the judges.

After interacting with the show’s four judges, Chrisyius brought the house down with his fantastic and awe-inspiring audition. How can someone so young bang on the drums with such precision, timing and accuracy?

He is not even tall enough to sit at the drums and play. He must stand to reach all the drums and the foot pedal at the same time.

The judges, the studio audience, and possibly even some watching at home were on their feet applauding the young man.

Not only is Chrisysius an exceptionally talented young man, but he’s also a sweetheart who wants to do good in the world. He told the judges that he had big plans to help others in need if he won the show’s $1 million grand prize.

“I would share it with poor people and homeless people and everybody in this whole world,” he said.

He added that he has some things he would like to own if he were to win money.

“I would buy 200 bags of slime and squishy toys,” he said.
