Aerosmith's Steven Tyler Makes Littlest Fan's Dream Come True At Chuck E. Cheese
This video gives ‘all the feels’ as Aerosmith's Steven Tyler makes his littlest fan’s dream come true at Chuck E. Cheese.
For most kids, a day at their beloved cheese palace is at the top of their bucket list. But for Eli, a disabled child in a wheelchair, his day went from cool to spectacular. Little Eli’s parents were also thrilled, as any parents would be. After all, Aerosmith’s music was a part of our growing-up years, and who could forget the song, “I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing,” or better yet, “Living On the Edge.”
Steven definitely didn’t miss out on any moments with Eli. He made Eli feel like he was the center of the universe as they ate pizza, played games, and took a fun stroll through the beloved restaurant. Perhaps the most poignant moment was the care Steven took to clean up Eli’s pizza-sauced chin after he nibbled on a piece of cheesy pizza.
In the video, his parents wrote, “Today, this incredible human made Eli feel like he was on top of the world. I know Eli will never forget this day.”
I don't think Eli or his parents will ever forget these precious and beautiful moments either. Who knew a rock legend had such a playful and tender heart? Chuck E. Cheese recently posted the video and now Steven’s compassion and kindness is giving viewers “all the feels,” too. The video clip went viral with over 500,000 views and thousands of comments.
One viewer posted, “Steven Tyler is not only an amazing singer but a wonderful person. He seems to care about people. How he cleaned him up and helped him eat his pizza was simply the sweetest thing ever. Like a Dad taking care of his kiddo.”
It seems like Steven is kind and compassionate wherever he goes. Another fan who saw the video wrote, “I ran into Steven Tyler at a Whole Foods store in Nashville when he was buying juice (doesn’t he have people to do that for him?). He was so kind, fun, and engaging. And asked if my niece and I wanted our picture with him. I’m a huge fan now.”
That’s the beautiful thing about kindness. It’s an extension of the love that knows no bounds and it’s so simple to spread–like confetti all over humanity.
1 Thessalonians 5:11 “Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.”
