Hansel And Gretel Dance Battle Earns A Standing Ovation On BGT

Check out this mesmerizing Hansel and Gretel dance routine that earned a standing ovation on Britain’s Got Talent.

The dance group in this video is called The Addict Initiative, and they really brought the energy and creativity with this performance! The did their own take on the story of Hansel and Gretel, and whole performance was captivating. They did a great job with the lights, costume, set design, and dance moves to make the whole production come together.

The main dancers play Hansel and Gretel, and the other dancers are dressed in green all around the stage. “10 years ago, the evil witch captured us, but we escaped. Tonight, we are back for revenge. Let the battle commence,” says the main dancers at the beginning of the performance.

Soon, the witch appears with a message. “I’m back! Did you really think you could escape from me?” she says. “You both belong to me.”

“Not anymore,” says Hansel. And the pair triumphantly defeat the witch. “Never underestimate the power of family,” says Hansel and Gretel.

At the end of the performance, the judges are amazed. “I never thought I would see the story of Hansel and Gretel told like that. It was incredible guys. Fantastic performance,” one of the judges says.

“Undeniably, you are so great at what you do. You always bring the energy, the passion, the fire, the determination. I love that from you guys,” another judge says.

Simon even shares very high praise with the group. “Throughout this competition, you have been, without question, the best dance group we’ve had,” he says. “Tonight, on the most important night of your life, you were sensational.”

What a fantastic performance, and after all that hard work, those dancers must be so proud to hear high praise like that from the judges!
