2 Sisters Sing A Christmas 'Hallelujah'

Prepare for chills as two talented sisters sing a beautiful rendition of ‘A Christmas Hallelujah.’

This breathtaking song was originally written and recorded by the band, Cloverton. It re-works the words of Leonard Cohen’s ‘Hallelujah’ to make a Christian Christmas song. Over the years, it has become a fan-favorite and it is such a blessing to hear these two young girls lend their voice to the tune.
“I've heard about this baby boy
Who's come to earth to bring us joy
And I just want to sing this song to you”

You may recognize 11-year-old Cassandra Star and her big sister Callahan. Earlier this year, the duo recorded a Christian rendition of ‘Hallelujah’ during the Easter season. The video went viral and the sisters have continued to use their God-given talents to sing of His many wonders.

Today, they are reminding us of the real reason for the Christmas season with this beautiful performance of ‘A Christmas Hallelujah.’

“There was no room for them to stay
So in a manger filled with hay
God's only Son was born, oh Hallelujah
Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah”

As we walk through this Christmas season, let us remember the glorious meaning behind the holiday and let His light shine through us in all that we do.

Isaiah 9:6 ““For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
