Bride And Groom Step Aside And Surprise Parents With Vow Renewal During Wedding Ceremony

This is one beautiful moment you don’t want to miss. The bride and groom step aside and surprise parents with a vow renewal during their wedding ceremony!

The bride and groom, Gina and Drew, were raised by incredible parents. They were raised by parents who taught them the value of unconditional love through their own marriages. So when Gina and Drew began planning their special day, even the Pastor was shocked.

He told the wedding guests he had performed hundreds of marriage ceremonies but he had never seen anyone step aside on their own special day just to honor their parents. When the pastor asked the bride and groom to step aside, the wedding guests were visibly confused and shocked. But then as the Pastor calls up the parents and explains the reason behind it, tears began flowing down the faces of nearly every guest.

The pastor even gets in a joke when he comments, “Now this isn’t like reality TV. This is real.” He then says, “For over 30 years, you have pledged to honor, love, and comfort each other in good times and bad. You did not know where life would take you. Today you have endured through the triumph and tragedy. You have created a family, a home, and a life together. To honor your marriages and thank you for the example set. Drew and Gina would like to invite you to renew your vows today in the presence of God, family, and friends.”

After the Pastor made this little announcement, there wasn’t a dry eye in sight. The parents were surprised and honored that their kids would honor them on their special day. What an incredible moment to be able to say your vows right alongside your parents on your wedding day. It will be a memorable moment for years to come! Congratulations to Drew and Gina on their marriage and we thank your parents for setting such a lovely example of what marriage is.
