Baffled Deer Wanders Into A Trophy Room

Animals are magnificent creatures. Despite the inability to talk to humans, animals are still able to find ways to communicate their needs and desires. Whether it’s a dog with a leash in its mouth scratching on the backdoor or a cat meowing and trying to put its head under your empty hand, animals have a unique way of expressing themselves.

One recently posted YouTube video shows a wild animal displaying obvious signs of shock and confusion. The video shows a doe, who has somehow managed to get inside a house, looking at the heads of deer mounted on a wall.

The video shows the young animal from behind as it examines the wall with the hunting trophies. The curious animal, looking at the wall, is seen moving its head up and down several times.

The animal is not the only thing confounded by what they are seeing in the short, 30-second clip. The person, likely capturing the video, can be heard uttering “what the?” and “oh no.”

Right before the clip of the animal ends, the deer can be seen turning its head away from the wall.

It’s unclear how the deer found its way into the house. However, in the clip, to the animal’s right, someone sits in a chair unphased by the deer’s presence.

The video, posted late last week, has currently been viewed nearly 1,100 times and has been liked 21 times by YouTube users.

Animals are unique beings brought into existence by the same Creator that made us. Most people likely underestimate an animal’s ability to communicate and express feelings, such as confusion and bewilderment, like that of the deer in the clip.

Genesis 1:21 “And God created great whales, and every living creature that moves, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.”
